It didn’t really do much to my hair. To be fair, I had recently dyed my hair a brown-red instead of my all over bright red. It did bring my color back to life a bit but I was expecting more. It made my hair soft and didn’t stain my body or tub so that’s a plus. I will keep trying it but I’m not sure I would buy this particular color if you have brown-red (Auburn) hair.

I was excited to try this conditioner free from Color&Co via Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion, because I’ve tried a number of color-depositing products in the past to keep my red color vivid. All products that actually contain pigment will stain hands, clothes, and tubs at least somewhat, and this one was no exception. My shower curtain liner took on a pink hue, but it washed off fairly easily. The color impact on my hair was good. My first use, I tried a smaller amount and didn’t see enough color. In order to get color impact, I needed to use a quarter to a third of the tube. The color did stay in my hair through several washes, but made it a little dry and I found I needed a deeper conditioning product after I used it. Overall, I may purchase this again but would want to pair it with a healthier hair treatment.

Loved this - I had previously purchased a similar type product and this one was way better. I really appreciate that it came with gloves. Some discoloration is to be expected but at least it’s not all over your hands! It gave my hair new life and made it silky smooth between colorings.
