This taste great! I am not sure of the actual benefits from it as it may take longer to see any results. It is handy for on the go and gives Water a pleasant taste.

Great supplement to drink in the morning. I love the taste and convenience. After researching the product and what’s in it I decided to try it out for 10 days and ordered from Sephora instead of their website. It’s a wonderful product. After a week I feel the additional hydration has been helpful. After a grueling couple days at work the extra vitamin c was helpful in lieu of sleep. I usually do not bother with collagen supplements since most of them are sub par. This particular supplement absorbs so much better and is incredibly high quality. I highly suggest this for an extra boost in self care that’s easy. Some complain that the flavor is strange but it tastes just like emergen c or something similar. Easy for travel and dissolves relatively quickly.
