I’ve also noticed my nails are stronger and iess brittle. The ingredients and combinations are perfect; it has to be taken daily, and there are 6 capsules. I fell iess energetic. My joints have improved.

I absolutely love these collagen supplements. I do feel like they actually work. I can feel a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I would say the only downside is that you have to take six of them and they are pretty big. But I take them every single day. They’re easy to swallow. They don’t taste bad. I love these.
