Love Colgate a trusted brand you can rely on fir giving you a product that works few weeks of using and I've noticed the colour on my teeth have gotten better nice minty taste not over powering in your mouth ok on sensitive teeth thick paste so you don't drop any of toothbrush not grainy like some paste

I recently tried the Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste Gel and I have mixed feelings about it. The packaging is quite attractive and it certainly promises a lot. Upon trying it, I found the taste to be very fresh and pleasant. However, was disappointed to find it was a bit rough on my gums and didn't seem to do much for my gum bleeding. The toothpaste contains 0.32% sodium fluoride, which I understand is beneficial for dental health, but I'm not sure if it's the right fit for my particular needs. In terms of value for money, it's pretty average - not too expensive, but not a bargain either. Overall, it's an okay toothpaste, but not my first choice.
