Personally I'm not a big fan of nuclear-strength mint in toothpastes but thankfully this Colgate Total Whitening toothpaste is a nuclear-free zone. The minty freshness is powerful but bearable and leaves your mouth feeling clean without obliterating your sense of taste. It's a slightly gel-like toothpaste that's pale blue and quite soft and it works up to a good cleansing foam in the mouth. The antibacterial ingredients do seem to be effective, I'm prone to sensitive gums and they've been better than normal since switching to this toothpaste.
