I was really surprised by the cooking quality of this roaster. I used it for the first time in a 3-day camp and couldn't be happier with the cooking quality. The first day we made hamburgers and sausages, nothing special, but while the other members were waiting to heat up their coals, we were ready in a few minutes. On the second day we made a 1.5 kg picanha with sausages, chistorras, etc. Obviously, a cut like this takes time, but I was surprised that we were able to do it with excellent quality. Everyone in the camp looked at us with a little envy, hehehe. Anyway, for me the only Contra is that the leg mechanism is more cumbersome than necessary and that means that the grill takes up a lot of space in the trunk of our van. Other than that, I couldn't ask for more for the price. Finally, it is important to fill the grease tray with water, if done properly, cleaning will make cleaning a world easier. Another plus is that the grill does not make strange noises during transport, this was very unexpected because when you fold it up it gives the impression that its parts will be brushing but we don't hear noises during a 4-hour trip on dirt roads.
