I tried these with some homemade sauce They cooked in a short time, and maintained their texture and were firm and chewy and added a wonderful addition to dinner. The sauce gets caught in all the ridges on the gnocchi making every bite so full of flavor you won't want regular pasta ever again. I love it so much I got some for each of my sisters to try. I think you'll love them too.
This is my favorite Italian dinner. This is so delicious and easy to make. I love eating them with alfredo sauce.
