The calcium in this helps counteract the calcium the coffee takes away from your body so I would say yes.

That is going to vary widely based on the powdered version that would be considered. It's definitely inferior to a regular powdered milk, but similar to most powdered creamers in fat and sugar content. Typically refridgerated versions have fewer preservatives.
