2 reviewsNot my favorite green curry paste, but very tasty, affordable, and lasts for months in the fridge! It doesn’t have any fish or shrimp ingredients, so unlike many curry pastes it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is quite spicy— even mixed with a lot of coconut milk it’s a solid “medium” spice level.
I didn't quite find this made my curry green, it turned more yellow. The flavours are a bit lacking as week but it might be my recipe since I like to use less sugar in my Thai curries. However this is a wonderful base to use to start any curries off with
