I love this cookies. They are just like the ones you get from Girl Scouts. I can’t even tell the difference. Girl Scouts have become expensive for the amount of cookies you get. These are at Dollar General for $2.25. Such a great deal. So if you are craving Thin Mints from Girl Scouts, you don’t want to pay the price or their not selling than just go to Dollar General.

Clover Valley Fudge Mint Cookies have a delightful mint and chocolate combination that I find enjoyable. However, I wish they didn’t contain soy and that the added sugar was lower than the current 11 grams. Here are some healthier alternatives for the ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour: Substitute with whole wheat flour. Sugar: Use natural sweeteners like honey, Date sugar or coconut sugar to reduce refined sugar intake. Vegetable Oil: Opt for coconut oil or avocado oil. High Fructose Corn Syrup: Replace with date syrup maple syrup, or agave nectar. Cocoa (Processed with Alkali): Use unprocessed cocoa powder. Corn Starch: Consider using arrowroot powder or coconut cream. Salt: Reduce the amount or use sea salt. Leavening (Baking Soda, Ammonium Bicarbonate): make it aluminum-free. Soy Lecithin: Replace with sunflower lecithin for as a soy-free alternative. Natural and Artificial Flavor: Stick to natural flavors without artificial additives. Delicious cookies especially when paired with Almond Milk!

I’m not a big fan of mint and chocolate together but I’ve tried a bit of it. Not really my favorite but it’s okay . 4/10
