It’s got a mild taste, which I actually like because it doesn’t overwhelm my mouth in the morning. This product was recommended by my dentist and is hands down the best toothpaste I’ve tried. My teeth feel like I’ve just gone for a professional cleaning after use. My teeth look whiter and healthier everyday. It’s a more expensive toothpaste but it’s well worth it. I’m surprised it isn’t marketed more.

My dentist told me to switch to a sulfate free toothpaste. My gums were slugging, so I went with this brand and although I don't feel as clean my gums are so much better
