Effectiveness: Removes eye makeup. Very little product on a cotton pad goes a long way. It is oil based and good if you have sensitive skin. Recommend if trying to remove smokey eye makeup or dark liner and mascara.
Feel: Not a big fan of the "oil" feel. I would prefer to use an alternate makeup remover on days I use very little makeup as it does leave excess oil feeling. I typically wash my face with a cleanser after to remove any excess products on my face.
Price to quality: The sephora makeup remover is a good alternative if you are looking to stay within a lower budget. However, if you can afford to splurge, I would recommend Clinique instead. I have also tried Chanel makeup remover and think that Clinique's product works just as well.
The reason why I gave this product four stars instead of five is because you have to apply more to your eye in order to remove the mascara and eyeliner. However, it's expected for those to take more than the eyeshadow. However, I would definitely recommend and buy this again!
I did try using this product to remove eye makeup and for me, it was not a good fit because of my ridiculously over sensitive eyes. As I wasn't expecting to use this as an eye makeup remover I am very satisfied and do love the way that it removes long wear lipstick without the need for intense rubbing and massive application quantities.
