I’ve been using Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength Dandruff Defense Intensive Itch Relief Shampoo a few times a week for dandruff, and it does help reduce flakes over time. The shampoo lathers well and leaves my scalp feeling clean. It’s a bit stronger than regular shampoo, so I don’t use it every day. The scent is okay but more medicinal than regular Head & Shoulders.
