Wheen I got this, I was pretty excited. I needed to back up all the content from my phone and just hadn't had the time to do it. I followed the directions, and thought it had backed everything up super quick, like lightning speed, but when I plugged it into my computer, there was nothing. I tried a few times before deciding it wasn't working. Before I completely gave up, I plugged it into my computer and reformatted it. Once that was done, it worked like a charm, no where near as fast as I expected, but it did the trick. It did miss some media files, but I'm not sure why, since it had plenty of space still

I was so happy to receive the Clickfree pro from Influenster, it is JUST what I’ve needed. I love how small and compact it is and the fact that it can go directly from my phone to my computer, it’s very flexible. I was using up all of the storage on my phone and I was able to clear so many photos and videos out with this. Worked perfectly and was very easy to use, and I live the little case as well.

this is very handy to have with all of the different types of charger ports. i love having it all in one little device. however, it is inconvenient to have it be so short, its hard to charge with an outlet.
