I have noticed that this serum is super effective at shrinking larger pimples, but not necessarily getting rid of them altogether. I still find that to be super useful though! And I'm not sure if it's just my skin, but after using it for about a week I noticed some of my deeper scars have become very red again. So I will use this sparingly, and just in the areas I need it.
