The instructions say to wear them for 60-90mins but when I was doing that I didn’t get any results.. I break the rules now when I use these lol. I wear them for like 5 hours minimum & I found that time is the perfect amount for me. It takes about a week for my feet to finally start slightly peeling, but it isn’t like the dramatic peeling that you’d expect or the intense peeling you see on viral videos, it’s very subtle. I wish these foot treatments were stronger, but they are cheap at TJ Maxx so oh well.
