This foundation has a nice medium coverage leaving you with a beautiful satin creamy finish. The velvet like texture will leave your skin looking radiant, but not Dewey. It will leave you feeling hydrated and nourished as it’s a skincare infused product. The lovely cle de peau scent and beautiful finish will leave you feeling luxurious. Although I love this cream foundation, the amount you get for the price is hard to justify. I’d check out their other foundations which are also skincare infused and leave a beautiful finish

Oh CDP! Why do you have to be so beautiful but so expensive! Despite the price, my foundation looked great after the end of the day. It didn’t look oily..just glowing. Dior Forever glow was my holy grail but got kicked out by this luxury product.

This foundation stay on my skin forever, I have an oily skin type, I love trying foundation because it's hard to find a good one. This is the one, I use this foundation for special occasion, for me, the coverage is about 9/10, it can be build up, and still looks very natural. It last very well on my oil skin type. The only thing is the color is too light for me, the second white color is too dark, I'll recommend to test the color before you buy it.

A little bit of this foundation goes a long way! I have tried many high end foundations and this is truly the best I have tried. The formula is moisturizing but does not make the skin seem oily at all. It blends really well, even when you use fingers to apply. I appreciate the packaging and the fact that it comes in a tube, which is lightweight and easy to travel with. This foundation enhances the beauty of natural skin.

I have been using CDP products for 10 years and will always be a loyal customer because of this foundation. I have tried other foundations and none compare, besides the CDP cushion, CDP creme and the la prairie caviar foundation. But of all those, this one is still my go to. My only qualm is that the tube is comparatively small compared to other foundations. However, a little goes a long way and you do not need much product to do a full face. The foundation has a beautiful texture, medium coverage and stays put throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about it!

I like how natural it applies and makes my complexion appear as though I am naturally gifted with a flawless skin. I have dry skin so this blends really well and hydrate my skin. I don’t recall if it has a scent. It a little does go a long way. The only problem is that it is too expensive but that’s my problem. I would recommend this if you have a $130 go throw out or have a special date.

So I own 2 other kinds of Cle de Peau base products- the Foundation (holy grail) and the radiant matte. They are amazing. I think Japanese brands make such great skincare focused makeup. I saw a YouTuber wear this And although this coverage is faaaar thicker than I would ever choose, on paper it’s medium to full coverage. But in reality it doesn’t feel heavy at all! The tub is so so tiny but all you need for coverage is a pea sized. I have dry and aging skin I am 44 so I have lines and dry patches and this is so dewy and moisturizing it doesn’t sit in any of them. I have a spf under it and even with those 2 layers it doesn’t feel heavy at all. And as someone who hates to ‘feel’ makeup on my face this was a huge plus. I am in love with the formulation of this sunscreen I just now am in the process of finding the right color which I just purchased O20 and I’m hoping that will be the winner. I definitely still love ‘The Foundation’ for an every day look- as it has the skin care ingredients and literally looks like skin but this is almost half the price of that at 130. For me I think skincare and spf and foundation are important and what I will spend the most money on no matter what as I want things that will not ruin my skin. These foundations are definitely worth it.

Oh my GOD. this is the BEST foundation I've ever used. The pigment is insane, and it covers like a dream. I literally use half a pea sized amount for my whole face. But it doesn't get gross or cakey it spreads beautifully. It has a very light scent and it's lasted me more than a year now. I know the price may look crazy but it's incredible foundation, and I will die on that hill.
