Claussen makes everything so good. Their sauerkraut in the jar is perfectly pickled and very fresh tasting. It's so crisp and the jar keeps it very fresh in the refrigerator. I love to eat this with sausages, cabbage, and in my homemade turkey reuben sandwiches.
