Over 7+ years ago this was the most affordable price that you could find for this sized container but now it’s almost tripled in price! That’s not including the developer but as far as quality it definitely activates fast and evenly lightens hair. Love that the powder is in a bag with a scooper making it mess free although an odor free formula would be a dream come true for most stylist.
