This most likely won’t do anything to your hair if it’s very dark. If you’re looking to actually lighten your hair you should bleach it first and then use this as a toner.

Most likely yes, especially if you have dark hair. Bleach is really the only product that will give desired lift results. However, you could try and then tone the color afterwards. Redken Flash Lift Lightener is great and won’t be too harsh on the hair.

it isn’t the brand that makes your hair orange. everyone’s hair takes a different amount of processing to achieve the desired results. for example my hair is black & in order to get it to platinum blonde i wanted, i had to bleach it 3-4 times followed by wella T-19 toner.
