Has great staying power. I bought the clear one because it was buy one get one, but I would love a new shade. It is hydrating. Idk about long term effects plump wise but it is hydrating in the very least and stays on through drinking, etc. I have been told my lips looked very “kissable” while using so I guess it’s working to some degree. It is very expensive for a gloss if not bought on sale though.
