I guess maybe I did this wrong, but it just made a huge mess of the antique table I'm trying to refinish. It lifted off the first layer or so of varnish, but the stripper itself was such a nightmare to get off that I wish I hadn't bothered. I'm worried that I'm still going to have raised bits of dried citristrip and varnish muck hardened on after sanding!
