Cif’s Cream Lemon Fresh is an amazing product. I had an expensive non-stick pan that was covered with seared grease. In the picture, you can see after a week of cleaning with a leading grease-fighting detergent-Dawn and a cloth scrubbing sponge, it was still very dirty. I only cooked pita in this pan that is about three-month old. I have always used a wooden spoon or a silicone spatula. That was the rule I imposed on my husband. So, I saw an ad with a scrubber for a non-stick pan and this CIF Cream. So, this was a last resort to rescue my pan. At the beginning, it squirted out too much from this newly opened bottle. It is a light cream with some type of abrasion that dissolves. I gave it some scrub and added a little bit of water. I did this about three times without removing any water from the pan. And you can see the results. My hands feel very slippery so I can tell that it works on grease. I tried it on the plate in my air fryer. Again, I can tell that there is much less grease built-up. I look forward to washing my stovetop.
