I can’t really attest to the effectiveness of this product. But I can say that the ingredients seem good and I didn’t have any side effects. They didn’t give me any after taste either.

Without having had blood work or anything like that, it’s hard to say if this product works, especially given it probably needs more than one bottle. But I did not have any unpleasant side effects. I received this product for free and exchange for my honest opinion
