This yogurt has a nice amount of protein, I think it personally has a bit too
Much sugar at 9gr but it’s better than the regular 12g. It was creamy and so easy to eat. It can be substituted for a desserts. I don’t like the fact that it has guar gum so I don’t think I’d purchase it again.

I love yogurt but hate all the sugar and sometimes fake sugar substitutes in the ”diet” yogurts. This is low sugar without the substitutes and tastes great! I love all the flavors and have this daily before having coffee. I love to add chia seeds too.
