Waited on line 10 minutes for then to tell me 15 were ahead of me in line. Offered to call back but not available any time they chose. If Chico wants to keep a good client happy they need to staff there client services number. Second complaint. Since moved production out of China, quality is spotty. Sizes are sized incorrectly, production results in errors, such as one arm of a blouse fitting, the other way too tight. It is a shame to see a good company go bad.

I have been wearing Chico’s clothes for the last four years. I can honestly say they are easy to wear fit good look good easy to clean prices of affordable and buy anything else.

$7.00 return fee. The highest priced items around and the cheapest quality! Then if it doesn’t fit, you pay to return. What a joke, people shop at Walmart, clothes are made just as well. Guess it’s good for the rich, the higher the price makes it seem better! Wrong!
