I might start saying that I love the quality, the materials and the sharpness of the knives. They look pretty and sturdy over my countertop . They need a little bit of care since the base is wood but nothing that a little bit of clean and patience will do for a longevity of the knives . The unique reason I’m giving 4/5 stars is because the scissors come appart too much frequently that I will like. I understand the design was made to clean it properly but without to secure then when we are using them , it could be a careless design flaw.
