Another product I purchase from The Wheat Montana brand is their Chia seeds. They are 100% organic and chia seeds and a great source of omega 3, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, calcium, and iron! That’s a a lot for one tiny little seed! Just like the flax, I always use chia to sprinkle of my yogurt or mix in with my smoothies or muffin mixes. But, I also use these Chia to mix in with my açaí base when I’m making açaí bowls. Since, chia seeds- once they are exposed to water they expand and create a gel like substance and that’s what help holds the açaí together better! The packaging is convenient as it has a resealable bag and the price is great. I buy these at my local Wheat Montana, but you can also buy them online or I know our Walmart carries them too.
