Impressive heat protectant. I haven't experienced damage while using this. The nozzle spritz a mist that provides even coverage. The scent is light fresh floral that is not overpowering at all. I use this on clients and haven't had any issues. Leaves the hair feeling smooth and shiny. Most importantly, I love the fact CHI is cruelty-free. Unfortunately, I purchased this at Marshall's and I believe it may of been a limited time product!!
