Great customer service! Chewy used to have very competitive prices, and they were always my go to for pet supplies. Which currently isn't always the case lately but they are my preferred pet stuff supplier.

I used to only shop at physical stores until I found Chewy in 2016. Occasionally I do still have to shop in store but 95% of my shopping for all of my 15+ pets is done through chewy. Amazing prices, great fast shipping and similar products to really expensive brands.

I love chewy and have used them for years to support the needs of 2 dogs and 1 cat. Love that you can preschedule your orders. Shipping is super quick and accurate. I have never had issues with the quality of the food outside of one instance. In that case I called customer service and they offered a refund with no questions asked.
