I just tried out the Chef Remi grill thermometer and absolutely loved it. The thing I noticed right away about this particular thermometer is how long the probe. This is a very nice feature in that you can honestly stick it in to a roast while its still sitting in the open oven, instead of having to take out the roast, measure internal temperature, then put it back in if it is not finished. I digital numbers are very large and easy to read. It seems pretty spot on, actually increased temperature as it was in the pork loin I cooked (as it should since the internal part of the meat is still cooking when you remove it from the oven). It was also super easy to clean. Overall, great thermometer, did the job well!
