I saw the CheapOair website showing an airline ticket to China that I wanted to purchase. So, I submit my order on the CheapOair website on Feb. 15. I filled out all my payment and my personal information online and submitted it. Immediately the website showed the ticket was not existent. Then one of the CheapOair people also immediately called me. He told me he could find another ticket for me. Then he charged me the ticket price which was almost double more than the phone price he quoted. Because he had my credit card information, he charged me without my permission. When I found he was cheating on the ticket price after they charged my credit card, I called the cheapOair and told manager their salesmen were cheating. I also told them cancel all my orders. They didn’t return all my money after many phone calls to the manager. After almost 5 months CheapOair still owes me total of $469. My questions are: 1) Why did the CheapOair website didn’t have the ticket for the price they quoted online? 2) If the ticket did not exist why did CheapOair want my personal and credit card information? 3) Isn’t this a classic bait and switch selling con? 4) After incorrectly charging my credit card I had to cancel the booking because CheapOair lied and I lost trust in their company, so why should I pay any charges? There is a principle of trust involved which is more important than the $469. Of course, I need and want my money back.

I tried to book a direct flight to LA, and even though I chose that option, their system took it upon itself to book me a flight with one stop in Seattle for 4 times the money that showed at the beginning, with no chance to agree what was doing. of course, I cancelled it all. I was explained that things can change quickly (in a matter of 2 or 3 minutes) then I booked a similar flight with the same airline on Expidia, and no problems whatsoever. Fingers crossed to have the part of the money, which is refundable back. very nice scam. beware!

Hello guys, i am sharing my experience regarding the flight ticket i bought it from cheapoair. It may help those people who is flying to Asia. I bought a two way ticket to Nepal. While going to Nepal i did not have any problem with the flight scedule but after staying for a month, i got a notification from one of the airlines saying the flight has been cancelled to delhi. My return flight has two lay over , one in delhi and another is in Doha. It is not my fault that the flight has been cancelled, they are suppose to give me a alternative flights back to US but it did not happen. First they offered me 1 week later ticket which i reject to take so they offer me another flight with almost $1000 charges. They said theu booked n confirmed my flight.. which i thought they will charge me automatically in my credit card which i used while purchasing my first ticket. I went to the airport on the booked date with the flight iternity but i came to find out it is not confirmed since i did not pay. Later that they i returned back, n contact customer care but they told me they have contacted my cell number that i use in USA. It does surprised me, how can they call me in my USA number while i am chatting with them from Nepal. Also, customer care is only open in eastern time from 0800 to 1600. At the end, they told me they will refund what ever they can from the airlines but its been almost a month and they are still saying me that refund is on process. So guys if you are planning to go abroad any asian country please do not buy ticket from this website. The customer care sucks and are rude. If you are stuck in any flight change then you are going to pay almost the new ticket price. Looks like refund will never take place.. Thank you.. learned the hard way after spending twice the ticket price than i initial bought.
