I would make it NO stars but you have to select a star to write a review. I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a Jean shirt. I went home and the sweat pants had a hole in it and the Jean shirt had the alarm tag still on it. I thought, no big deal. I have the receipt! I went to the store in Braintree mail. (That is where I purchased it) I was told the shirt was not on the receipt, as if I stole it. I said I purchased this 2 days ago. The women said I was unable to keep the shirt because I did not pay for it. (Keep in mind I am a black women) another black women walked over and LOOKED at the receipt and said she did purchase it, the screw number is on the receipt. Then they said I could not exchange the sweat pants because it had an hole in it. I said I purchased it like that. They would not allow me to exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and they called her. She said the same thing. I explained if that is their policy then they need to check clothes out because allowing people to purchase. Long story short. I had to keep the pants that had a hole in it! I will never go to this store again. The managers were not helpful and seemed not to care.

This is probably one of my favorite stores to go to though. It’s have good prices on clothing and shoes. I bought my wedding shoes there.

I used to really love shopping at Charlotte Russe. From shoes to jeans, I bought everything there. When they announced they were closing I was devastated. Then out of nowhere they came back and the quality went down the drain. They carry random brands and the stuff looks so cheap.
