Unfortunately this brand of chapstick dries my lips out real bad, no matter what the scent. It actually has an ingredient that counteracts retaining moisture in your lips and dries them out to make you still need to apply it, resulting in you buying more chapstick.
Carmex works the best or straight coconut oil or aquafore.

This is a great product that leaves your lips feeling soft and hydrated after one application. It not only hydrates your lips, but it tastes great and leaves a slight pink hue that finishes any make look. I would definitely recommend it.

The entire point of lip balm is to majorly hydrate, so the fact that petrolatum — a main ingredient in most lip balms — can actually make lips drier is beyond disappointing. There are many petroleum-free lip balms out there, and the best lip balms without petrolatum are sure to keep your lips in tip-top shape

This is a classic lip balm and my go to. This can be found in all drugstores and is the most affordable lip balm.

This is definitely the classic chapstick that I’ve literally used for over twenty years. You can’t go wrong with these. They are cheap usually $0.99 or $1.50 or so. I used to buy multi packs and keep one in my purse, car, computer, bedroom etc.
