This trio of shades is absolutely beautiful as a cool-neutral set of cream shadows. Unlike most of the other cream shadows out there, these have a satin-matte finish with zero sparkle, which is a refreshing change. The only downside was that when I opened the box, the lids were not screwed on tightly and the Lion shade looked as though it had dried out a shrunk away from the sides of the jar. That said, this didn't seem to impact its finish at all. These have a dense cream-to-powder texture that applies and blends very easily. You can use fingers or a brush and the pigment is quite opaque, but can be thinned out with more blending.
