The pencil is creamy and glides on without tugging, but it still gives a perfectly clean & precise line with a soft semi-matte finish. It wears really well and helps my lipstick look smoother and last longer, and I love the built in brush for blending the edges so it looks natural (not harsh). Luxury, but genuinely worth it.
