These chia seeds are delicious! I love using them just mixed in ice water, juice, and smoothies for added protein and better hydration. They have no taste, but a gummy texture once they've absorbed some of the water or liquid so be prepared if you leave them like overnight chia parfaits and/or smoothies that they will expand into little tapioca like jellies. I enjoy that kind of texture, but if you don't, you might want to steer clear. If you can handle it, the health benefits are great!
