This is actually a good pre workout that has come down in price so it is a lot more affordable. There are a variety of flavors to choose from and you can get it at Walmart so I would recommend giving it a try. Overall I like the formula and it is a good quality product. #fitnessgoals

The taste is OK. It grew on my as time went on. I have been an avid C4 drinker over the years. It is always third in my rotation and when I found out that they were coming out with a “zero” with no tingles I was so excited! Except I didn’t get the rush of energy and focus like I was used to from regular or spot C4. I could drink this and I’m a half hour take a nap. I tried one scoop, three scoops, even FIVE, but nothing. The consistency is great but overall just not for me.
