I absolutely love this drink mix it tastes great! My boyfriend works in construction and during the summer months he was getting bad muscle cramps due to dehydration. Water was not enough. I tried other electrolyte drinks but they tasted bad and had more sugar than quality ingredients. This mix has electrolytes and BCAA's and they are fuel to your muscles. If he drinks one a day he has no cramping. I drink it too because I prefer it over protein shakes. It can be pricey so I look for sales. It's worth the price but I wish they had a bigger container.
