Nice shampoo, this was recommended by my hair stylist after I had full balayage. It kept my silver/grey/ cool tone lasting long time. It smelled really nice too. I felt my hair was a bit dry but not sure from shampoo or due to hair bleaching. Overall I like this shampoo 😀

The concept of the shampoo is great, but it didn't work for me. I read previous reviews of how the product dried out their hair. Viral did dry out my hair. The colour didn't work either. It left my hair looking dull and lifeless. I messaged them and their response was quick ( good customer service) . They suggest trying a different colour to get the results I was looking for. I would be up for it, but not at $50+.
