Suggested Uses: Catnip is commonly used as an insect repellent. It has also been known to help with sleep and restlessness. Diffuse at night to help induce sleep. Add equal parts Catnip and Citronella to water or witch hazel for an all-natural insect repellent. To ease a headache or coughing, add a small amount to a carrier oil and apply to affected area.
