This cheese is 10/10. I generally do not like havarti as it is a softer cheese. This is the exception. This has a hard, borderline crumbly texture (without crumbling) . It is bold and sharp, without being over the top like some extra sharp cheddar cheeses. Almost has a nutty flavor and smell. If you prefer harder cheeses and more on the mild side, try this. It is an expensive cheese but if you can find on sale it is worth it to try.
