I recently tried Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon and it’s a great everyday red wine .The flavor is smooth and great balance,with notes of dark cherry , blackcurrant and plum , plus a subtle hint of vanilla from the oak aging.It has a medium body with soft tannins , which makes it easy to drink and not too strong heavy.The aroma is rich and fruity.The flavor pairs well with steak , pasta or cheese and the taste stays consistent from bottle to bottle. Good packaging .
