I have hyperhydrosis, which is a clinical term for excessive sweating. I sweat everywhere, so this I realized is best used at night, so when you wake up it's soaked into your skin appropriately, and I use it everywhere except my face, externally. It def helped with the sweating. And the only downside was that it's a tad bit drying, but that's the point in a way. To dry the sweat. It's finding the sweet spot between that works the best. I'd recommend this product.
