I love to mix this with the unsweetened almond milk, and sometimes I even add a banana and put it in the blender if I know I will be having a late lunch. It is satisfying, delicious, it helps me feel full for quite a while!
You can, but I will warn you that these are not the most delicious packets . Everyone here says they are yummo but I remember it tasting like liquid icing with extra sugar thrown in. The smoothie idea would probably be best. :)
