This is actually my second bottle of Carlyle 5mg Melatonin 💙. I usually have a really hard time falling asleep because of anxiety, but with these, I fall asleep much faster 😴. It didn’t work from day one — I started noticing the effects after a few days of taking it consistently. What I really love is that the tablets are super easy to take. I have a sensitive gag reflex and usually struggle swallowing pills, but these are small, dissolve quickly, and actually taste good! 🌙 If you’re looking for something gentle that helps calm your mind without making you feel heavy the next morning, I totally recommend it.

Sometimes it helps sleep faster but it couldn’t help about waking up during middle of the night or I can’t say it is the best melatonin I ever tried. The taste and smell is nice but they are not the first things I am looking for.
