The pills are average size but you need three a day, the bottle won’t last as long as others. There’s a slight after taste, it’s not unbearable but it could make you nauseous if you’re sensitive. I saw improvements in my nail strength after a week of use. Typically my jails are brittle so that was a great plus!

I found these CareOf prenatal vitamins to be very beneficial! The ingredients are what a pregnant woman needs and they didn’t make me nauseous! I loved the packaging and the price point is just right.

Great product. The only down fall is you have to take it 3 times a day. I already hate taking pills so that’s just a big thing for me wish it was only once a day. If you don’t mind taking pills I recommend it but if you forget and don’t really like pills I wouldn’t recommend it. Great product but it isn’t for me
