Great for those days when my usual bit of coffee just doesn’t seem to be enough. Since it’s a caffeine free supplement, it be used in addition to my normal routine, without causing any jitters or energy crash. The capsules are very large though, so they might not be great for people who have a hard time taking pills. There is an unpleasant after taste, but it goes away pretty quick when taken with food.

I took these vitamins every morning and could definitely tell a difference with my energy level which was great. I’m not a morning person so these helped me. I often skipped days just to see if I would notice a difference and I did...every single time. I loved the packaging with each vitamin having a color attached.

In all honesty, I found no results when I was taking it. I sometimes became very nauseous after I took it, mostly because of the taste. I can't say it isn't for everyone, because bodies are different. But I can say I will not buy it again. I did like the packaging though
