I couldn’t find the exact bedding I wanted, so we purchased this because my child liked the fun confetti colors. I approved because it was made in USA. I do feel it’s definitely more than 1 percent dusty, as it says 99 percent dust free on the bag. It’s extremely dusty. I planned to keep our new bunnies in the house before putting them in their outdoor home. I definitely sneezed when dumping this out. I do notice dust coming up on day one when the bunnies move around. I even gave the bunnies a bath and dried them off before placing them in their cage with this. Personally, I won’t purchase this again. The little pieces of paper have ended up everywhere in our house. The pieces stick to the bunnies.
