I really like these they strengthen your wrist and hands. I do these at physical therapy and home to help strengthen both wrist and hand because I had carpal tunnel surgery. They work great

We use this product at work daily for rehabilitation purposes.  The quality is great and they provide effective weight for our athletes coming back from injury.  They are affordable.  The multitude of things that can be done with them is also a plus!
